    impressive shower

What a stunning spot! The decor and furnishings are high quality, and the bed was super comfy. The shower was impressive, with detailed instructions provided at check-in. The common area was nice for relaxing, and I loved having a spacious room for my stay. 😊

    helpful staff
    low shower pressure
    minimal breakfast variety

The staff here is fantastic and very helpful.

While the room was spacious, I faced issues with the shower pressure, which was disappointingly low. Additionally, the breakfast lacked variety and primarily consisted of breads and cereals, missing essential items like eggs. I also found the room to have minimal space for my clothing, leaving most of my luggage packed away during my two-night stay.

    cozy room
    massage services
    breakfast recommendations
    tricky shower head

Staying here was a treat, especially enjoying a cozy night in the Observatory Deluxe Room and getting recommendations for cool breakfast spots that made my mornings brighter. I also took advantage of the soothing foot and back massages, which really helped me unwind after a long day. The only little hiccup was the shower head position, which could be tricky, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience at all! 😊

    great value

It was a great fit for spending a night in Christchurch with fantastic value for money. The shower had detailed instructions, making it easy to use. Consider bringing your own snacks since breakfast options were minimal.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement

The room sparkled with modern elegance, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. Although parking was a bit unclear, an attentive staff member swiftly assisted with our luggage. I recommend anticipating some wait time during busy check-ins for a smoother experience.

    plush bed
    tasteful decor
    clean room
    long wait
    single staff member

Our stay in the Observatory Deluxe Room was super comfy. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. The bed was really plush, perfect after a month of traveling! The only downside was sometimes having to wait in line due to a single staff member on duty. Overall, a neat place to unwind.

Just an excellent fit for a weekend getaway in Christchurch with exceptional value. The staff helped us with luggage when we arrived, which made everything easier. Make sure to ask about any breakfast options outside the hotel for more variety.
